Questions, answered

Does $3,099 really include everything?+

Yes. Tax and installation are included. The whole-home softener and carbon filter and the under-sink reverse osmosis system are both installed for $3,499. The only add-on most homes need is salt, which you can buy at any hardware store.

Where does the reverse osmosis unit go?+

The reverse osmosis system mounts under the kitchen sink with its own dedicated faucet on the sink deck. It's separate from the whole-home tank, which goes where your main water line enters the house.

How much maintenance does it need?+

Add salt to the brine tank every few months, and change the RO filters once a year. We remind you by text when it's time. The resin and carbon are sized for years of use.

What if I have more than 4 bathrooms?+

For 4 or more bathrooms or heavier water use, look at our dual-tank system, which separates the softener and carbon into two tanks for higher capacity.
